About Candace

My name is Candace Swann, I have been a Maryland resident for over 20 years. I grew up in Charles County and graduated from the University of Charleston, West Virginia.  I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Athletic Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration. I have worked in the Federal Government as a Program Manager and as a proprietor in my own travel agent business. This combination of exposures has allowed me to work with multi-million-dollar contracts, build my customer service and leadership skills, enhance my customer relationship abilities, negotiation techniques, and marketing outreach skills.

I purchased my first home in Charles County when I was 25. At that time, I was an eager first-time homebuyer. The home buying process seemed overwhelming and there never seemed to be an end in sight. I knew something had to change and that’s when I acquired a REALTOR®.  I have always been thankful for the wonderful experience I had with my REALTOR® throughout the process. She ensured I was educated about all the required forms and any additional steps that may have come up along the way. This made the entire process much more relaxed and seamless.  That experience is what inspired me to become a REALTOR®. My mission is to provide all my clients with the utmost care, guidance, and education they needed to make the process as seamless as possible. This will go a long way towards ensuring that my clients are happy with their end results.
